underwhelming experience it was
cold watermissing shirt
I must say, my stay wasn't the best. the shower was a real letdown. It barely had cold water. this was unacceptable. plus, i forgot a new shirt, tailor-made even, and it just disappeared when i contacted the hotel. i would not stay here again.

I appreciated the hotel's location near many restaurants and coffee shops. Proximity to the metro was a bonus and I could walk to Galeries Lafayette and Palais Garnier. The staff was indeed friendly and helpful . The lobby had a nice ambiance, and the breakfast buffet presented many tasty options.
The check-in time was a bit late, and the check-out time was early. This can shorten your stay if you only have one night.

The hotel has a convenient coffee and lemonade station with candies in the hall. I found it cute. The staff members were very lovely, responding quickly to all requests. A balcony with a table and chairs offered a view. I could even glimpse the eiffel tower.
The hotel is located near a metro station, but it can get quite NOISY at certain hours.

the location was convenient, close to many attractions.
The room was quite small. It felt cramped. the bathroom had a persistent mildew smell, unpleasant. also, the in-room safe was not working, so i couldn't store my valuables securely.

The hotel is close to la fayette. Metro access is easy. I could walk to attractions! the staff stored my bags before check-in. i received balloons, fruit, cake, and chocolate in my upgraded balcony room because it was my boyfriend's birthday. breakfast was complimentary, i found the room clean and cosy.
the customer service was good, though the air conditioning did not work properly.
